Detail has recently been granted full planning permission and listed building consent for the complete refurbishment and extension of a Grade II Listed cottage in the picturesque coastal town of Culross, Fife. Our proposal is designed to sensitively restore the historic structure while introducing a modern extension that enhances the layout for contemporary living. The new design maximizes the connection to the garden, frames stunning sea views, and floods the interior with natural light. Carefully chosen materials will complement the building’s heritage, ensuring a seamless addition to this charming Scottish village.
After a two-year journey with Glasgow City Council, we are thrilled to have been granted Full Planning and Listed Building Consent for the conversion of the former police court at Turnbull Street into 31 apartments, which will include a unique community garden within the central courtyard. We are well underway with detailed design and look forward to bringing this project to life on site later this year. It will make a valuable contribution to an area that is already going from strength to strength.
