The air space between the existing tenements provides access to what was once garage facilities to the rear. As part of a larger development we recognised the opportunity of infilling this space with an overhead structure to provide accommodation as a unique single dwelling. External finishes were selected to identify the new builds individuality whilst not detracting from the original character of the tenements. The space within is spread over three and a half storeys and gives three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/dining, lounge, utility space, mezzanine study and outdoor amenity deck.
