This Grade A Listed Town House became Detail’s second residential development in the Park District. We converted five storeys into upper duplex, middle flat and lower duplex. As a previous office usage the building was dilapidated and required structural alterations, floor and ceiling levelling, new cornicing with ornate plaster restoration as well as many other features.
