This project is located in a grand house nestled in Glasgow’s West End. The family home had been lovingly restored and beautifully finished by our clients, but they sought Detail’s expertise to rethink the final piece of the puzzle: the main bathroom. We were tasked with reconfiguring the layout while introducing additional storage, new tiling, sanitaryware, fittings, double-glazed windows with privacy screening, long-hanging curtains, timber detailing, and underfloor heating. Detail began by working around a striking green marble tile, using it as a foundation to develop the material palette. We incorporated two tones of green for the walls, complemented by contrasting brass fittings. We sourced all the items and tiles for our clients while also managing the entire project on-site from start to finish.
