Detail were commissioned to adapt existing office space in the heart of Soho, London. The brief was to create a welcoming and engaging reception with eight individual recording studio rooms to accommodate both sound recording artists and producer/ directors/ clients. In addition a roof top break out area and outdoor terrace were created to provide relaxing amenity space. The technical requirements for this project were very specific and Detail worked alongside specialist contractors and acoustic consultants to deliver both the practical as well as aesthetic solutions. There are many original design features such as the corridor ribbon lighting, graffiti murals and bespoke furniture to generate a holistic design led environment.
