Recognising the merits of a full town house as a single dwelling in a sought after location Detail took the opportunity to procure this Grade B Listed existing office building in order to convert into a family home. All statutory permission were applied for and granted, technical information generated, specifications drafted and contractors appointed. We then project managed construction whilst fine tuning the interior design. Early marketing brought an immediate purchaser with whom we then worked to tailor the interior finishes to suit their tastes. The house provides five bedrooms, two ensuites, two bathrooms, one WC, stylish utility room, open plan kitchen, lounge, diner, study, drawing room and fully equipped gym. Externally both front and rear gardens were carefully landscaped to provide private amenity spaces.
