Detail have designed and managed the conversion of this building from the original office use to the new health facility. The outside features include the newly flushed, rendered and painted facade with enlarged glazed openings, entrance arch and illuminated signage.

Internal features include interactive information technology provided alongside reception waiting and literature display; treatment rooms tailored to aid professional practices and patient comfort; a new lift for enabling disabled access; a new roof light to library study area; a gym environment; a lecture theatre and changing/shower facilities.
